“Paréa” in Greek means a group of
friends, guests, or company and typically implies
close friends and/or family gathering together to
share their experiences, their philosophies on life,
and their values and ideas. The time spent with
paréa is really meant for the growth of the human
spirit, the development of friendships, and the
exploration of ideas to enrich our quality of life
that is all too brief in time. In Greece, a group of
paréa represents a long-lasting circle and cycle of
life nourished by the people who
participate.
Quality time spent together
amongst Greeks, as with most Mediterranean people, is
never done without the sharing of home-cooked plates,
whether small or large, and a welcoming beverage,
most often a glass of wine. To have it any other way
would be “amartía,” a sin. At Paréa Wine Bar
and Café, we share this same philosophy and live
that same way of life every day. When customers come
into our home, we want them to feel like they are
visiting with close friends. We want them to bring
their close friends and spend quality time together
over some home-cooked plates and a great bottle of
wine, to relax and share. They should never feel
rushed and always feel welcome. Our guests will
always be treated like our “paréa.”
Hours of Operation:

The Monk’s Kettle opened its doors in December
2007, thus birthing the gastropub trend that, like
other cities around the country, is finally taking
hold in the Bay Area. We are a neighborhood tavern
specializing in craft beer, while offering upscale
pub food and an excellent wine list.
For beer
selection, we have 24 draughts and over 120 bottles.
We seek a balance of styles and profiles on the
draught list, and we do our best to represent most
styles with the bottle offerings. About a third of
the list is Belgian, and there is a concentration of
Californian breweries on the draught list. As the
seasons change, so does the list’s emphasis of
styles.

Welcome to Osha Thai Restaurant
After
the success of the original location established the
foundation of the Osha restaurants, the Valencia
location began the renaissance of the restaurants to
come in the Osha family. Located in the Mission
District of San Francisco, this modern, exciting
style of Thai cuisine broke the mold of "traditional"
Thai restaurants in 2003.
Entering the Valencia location, one finds oneself
surrounded with a natural element, a transformation
from the restaurants with simple colorful paint. The
differences extend to the cuisine, not simply an
addition of fusion to complement Thai cuisine, but a
marriage of culinary arts of Asian cuisine with Thai
cuisine.
One will experience something special
with the Valencia location.
From the location that brought so many "firsts" to
Thai cuisine, one not only comes for simply the
dining experience, but to witness the exciting
renaissance of design and food married
together.
Open from 11 am to midnight
daily.

Ramblas Tapas is an intimate Spanish restaurant and
bar located in the heart of San Francisco’s most
happening neighborhood: the Mission District. We take
our name from Las Ramblas, Barcelona’s most vibrant
and famous neighborhood. Ramblas Tapas brings to you
the same spirit of fun, food and spirits that Las
Ramblas in Barcelona gives to its neighbors.
Ramblas Tapas’ menu offers California inspired
Spanish cuisine including some traditional tapas and
paellas plus our own interpretations of classic
Spanish fare. Our delicious sangria complements any
meal and warms your soul. Ramblas Tapas’ full-bar
serves delicious specialty cocktails including our
legendary Hibiscus Margarita, select Spanish wines,
hand-crafted beers by ThirstyBear Brewing Company and
bottled beers from some of the world’s finest local
and international breweries.
The San Francisco Green Business Program has
certified Ramblas Tapas as a green restaurant. We
compost, recycle and convert our waste vegetable oil
into bio-diesel. Whenever practical, we purchase and
support our local farmers. Through donations and
other programs, we have assisted our local arts
community such as ODC, the Intersection for the Arts,
826 Valencia Street and the San Francisco
International Film Festival.

Cha Cha Cha - the name exudes fun, a festive
atmosphere comes to mind. Funny then that the
restaurant, Cha Cha Cha, is known to many San
Franciscans as a place to eat (Caribbean/Asian
fusion), drink (sangria!), and be jolly with friends.
With two locations in the City's more unique
neighborhoods, the Mission and the Haight, Cha Cha
Cha serves tapas-style cuisine and delectable drinks
at affordable prices. Cha Cha Cha is the place to
start or end a night, but it's equally suited to be
THE destination for the night. So come try it out -
it's always worth the wait!
